Cancellation Policy

Attendance: Students are expected to attend their lesson(s) each week. If you cannot attend a lesson, you must notify us before noon the day of the lesson (Monday through Friday) or before 6pm on Friday for Saturday lessons. You must call or message (731) 501-6185. If cancellation is received before the deadline, you will receive a make-up lesson. Cancellations must be rescheduled within 15 days, and are subject to availability. Drum Arts allows a maximum of 2 cancellations per month. Any additional cancellations will be forfeited. If Drum Arts cancels a lesson, the teacher will schedule with the student a make-up lesson. Calendar: The lessons go from August to June. Drum Arts will be closed during the following festivities: Labor Day, Thanksgiving break, Christmas break, Spring break, Good Friday. Severe Weather Conditions: Lessons lost due to severe weather conditions (tornado, ice, snow, etc) will not be refunded or rescheduled. Termination: This contract will automatically renew each month and will remain in effect until written notice is given within 10 days before your next billing cycle of your intent to terminate. Photo/Video Disclaimer: Drum Arts uses photographs and videos of students taken during lessons and special events for publicity purposes. We promote our services using social media pages, news bulletins, and ads. When photographs or videos are used for publicity purposes, children are never identified by name.
